Frequently asked questions
How is the scholarship amount determined?
A student’s monthly needs fall into three categories: meals (food), housing (dormitory) and education (books and study materials). Each category is 5,000 TRY per month; covering all three is 15,000 TRY. You can also cover any single category on its own.
Can I sponsor more than one student?
Yes. Increase the number of students in the calculator and the total is multiplied automatically.
How do monthly and yearly giving work?
For monthly giving, you can set up a standing bank transfer order and the amount is sent automatically each month. For yearly giving, you send the 12-month total at once.
Can I get a receipt?
Send your bank receipt to us via WhatsApp or email and we will prepare your donation receipt.
