Qira'at (Ten Recitations / Ashara Taqrib)

All the works of Islamic civilization exist to understand and live by one Book. Every one of them is a commentary or a footnote to it, and that Book is the Book of Allah. For this reason, reciting it correctly and beautifully and preserving every particle of it carries special importance. Reciting and teaching the Book of Allah, each letter of which is a source of reward, in all the variants in which it was recited in the Age of Happiness is the clearest expression of the value we give to the Qur'an.

With this understanding, our Qira'at education began in 2008 at our foundation, through the initiative and efforts of our teacher Mahmud Eren, with 18 huffaz studying under Ali Şahin Hoca Efendi. After two and a half years it bore its first fruit, and all 18 of our students received their ijazah as qurra.

In 2011, a new group of 12 began the program. Six completed the Ashara and went on to serve in various mosques and madrasas, while the other six received their ijazah in Taqrib.

In 2014, a new group of 9 began the program and received their ijazah. In 2016, a group of 10 began and graduated. In 2018, a group of 17 began and graduated.

In 2020, a new group of 15 began, and their education continues.
